Science, Not Guesswork.
We use the same data as the Appraisal District, but we work for you. Here's how we prove your case.
1. We Find Your True Peers
We scan your neighborhood for homes with similar square footage (±20%) and age (±15 years). We filter out outliers to ensure an apples-to-apples comparison.
2. We Rank the Equity
We rank every neighbor by assessed value per square foot. According to Texas law, you should not be taxed higher than the median of your peers.
3. We Build Your Case
If you're in the 'Over-Assessed' tier (Red), we generate a signed Evidence Packet formatted specifically for the Dallas ARB.
The Law is on Your Side.
Texas Tax Code §41.43(a)(3) guarantees 'Equal and Uniform' taxation. If your neighbors are paying less for similar homes, you are entitled to a reduction. Our tool automates this legal argument.
Over-Assessed
Strong evidence for a reduction. You're paying more than most neighbors.
Fairly Assessed
You're taxed fairly. We don't recommend protesting.
