When you enter a property address, we retrieve and display publicly available property tax assessment data from county appraisal district records to allow you to review your property’s assessed value and related information. All property information provided through the Services is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute an appraisal, valuation opinion, legal advice, tax advice, or accounting advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on information obtained through the Services.
  • Uploaded Materials. The Services may allow Users to upload photographs, documents, or other supporting materials related to their property. Any materials you upload will be used solely to assist you in reviewing your property tax assessment information. Uploaded materials will not be used to provide appraisals, valuations, legal advice, tax advice, or accounting advice.
  • Communications and Support Information. We collect information you provide when you communicate with us, including inquiries, feedback, support requests, survey responses, or other messages sent through the Services, by email, via third-party platforms or when you interact with our AI chatbot, including any information you submit during those interactions. Communications submitted through automated chat tools may be logged and stored to provide support, improve responses, and maintain service records.

2.2. Information Collected Automatically.

When you access or use the Services, we automatically collect information about you, including:

  • Device and Browser Information. We collect information about the device you use to access the Services, including device type, operating system and version, browser type, device identifiers, and other technical information.

This data may include assessed property values, property characteristics, tax history, and comparable property information. This publicly available property data is used to provide the Services and is not considered personal information under this Privacy Policy.

2.4. Information We Derive.

We may derive information or draw inferences based on the information we or our partners collect. For example, we may:

  • Make inferences about your approximate location based on your IP address;
  • Calculate your property’s assessed value relative to comparable properties in your area;
  • Identify comparable properties based on property characteristics, location, and other factors;
  • Derive general usage preferences based on your interactions with the Services; and
  • Generate analysis regarding your property’s tax assessment for informational purposes.

Any derived information related to property values or tax assessments is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute an appraisal, valuation opinion, legal advice, tax advice, or accounting advice.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect (including information that may be personal information) for the purposes described below:

  • Service Provision and Improvement. We use information to provide, operate, maintain, support, and improve the Services, including retrieving and displaying publicly available property tax assessment data, identifying comparable properties, and providing property tax assessment information. All information provided through the Services is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an appraisal, valuation opinion, legal advice, tax advice, or accounting advice.
  • Support and Administrative Communications. We use information to send transactional, administrative, and support communications and to respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests.
  • Service-Related Communications. We use information to communicate with you about the Services, including service-related announcements, updates, security notifications, account notices, and support responses. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also communicate with you about products or services that may be of interest to you, subject to your communication preferences and opt-out rights described in Section 7.

Such aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data does not personally identify you and is not subject to the restrictions in this Privacy Policy.

5. How We Keep Your Information Secure

Data Security Measures.

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to help protect information collected through the Services against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

User Responsibilities.

6. How Long We Keep Your Information

Account Deletion and Requests.

Aggregated, De-Identified, and Backup Data.

Uploaded Materials and Service Records.

Uploaded materials submitted through the Services, including photographs, property descriptions, and related materials used in generating reports, may be retained for a period of time to support account functionality, maintain service records, and improve the Services. Certain uploaded materials may be deleted when no longer necessary for service functionality or after the applicable property tax protest season.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Account Information. You may update and correct certain account information you provide to us at any time by logging into your account or emailing us at the contact information provided below. If you request deletion or deactivation of your account, we will process the request in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and may retain certain information as described in Section 6 or as otherwise permitted by law.
  • Cookies and Similar Technologies. Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You may adjust your browser or device settings to remove or reject cookies or limit certain analytics technologies. Please note that doing so may affect the availability or functionality of some features of the Services. Similarly, you may limit the use of certain analytics or measurement technologies through your device or browser settings; however, this may also impact how the Services function.
